These terms apply when you use this website or book a place at an event at The Atmosfloric Emporium. By making a booking you agree to them.

Who we are

This website is run by Sean A. Pritchard, a sole trader trading as The Atmosfloric Emporium, 120–122 Great Portland Street, London W1W 6ST. You can reach us at dan@seanapritchard.com.

Booking an event

Places are limited and are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. That email is your ticket. Nothing is sent by post.
Please check the date, time and details of the event before you book. They are shown on each event page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken in full when you book.

Cancellations, refunds and transfers

You can cancel 5 days or more before the event and receive a refund, less a £10 administration fee per ticket.
Bookings cancelled less than 5 days before the event cannot be refunded.
You may give your place to someone else. Please tell us their name by email before the event.
If we cancel an event, we will email you and refund your booking in full.

Attending

There is no age limit for our events. Information about each event, including what to wear or bring and access to the space, is on its event page.
