Refund policy

This policy covers bookings for events at The Atmosfloric Emporium made on this website.
If you cancel
- 5 days or more before the event: you can cancel and we will refund your booking, less a £10 administration fee per ticket.
- Less than 5 days before the event: bookings cannot be refunded.
To cancel, email dan@seanapritchard.com with your name and booking number.
Giving your place to someone else
If you cannot come, you may give your place to someone else at any time. Please email dan@seanapritchard.com before the event to tell us the name of the person who will attend.
If we cancel an event
If we cancel an event, we will email you and refund your booking in full. No administration fee is taken.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the payment method you used to book. Your bank may take several working days to show the refund.
Your right to cancel online purchases
The 14-day right to cancel that applies to many online purchases does not apply to event bookings, because each booking is for a specific date. The cancellation terms above apply instead. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
